Cancellation Policy

• Reservations cancelled at least 21 days prior to the check-in date: Full refund to guest.
• Reservations cancelled 15 to 20 days in advance: Innkeeper receives a cancellation fee equal to the first night's lodging (net amount plus tax); remainder is returned to guest.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in: No refund to guest; innkeeper is paid as though the guest had stayed.
• No-shows: No refund to guest; innkeeper is paid as though the guest had stayed.
